At Gizmach, we value your trust and ensure that every product is delivered with strict quality checks and secure packaging. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency while protecting customer satisfaction.

Returns

Products are eligible for return only in the rare case of being wrongly delivered or damaged.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting proof (photo/video).

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice.


Refunds

Gizmach does not issue monetary refunds.

Instead, a replacement of the correct or undamaged product will be arranged promptly once the returned item is verified.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placement, or after usage.

Customized and hygiene-sensitive safety products  are non-returnable.
